Delicatesses Tonkinoises

Needed some Asian food for a change and found this little Pho restaurant near our hotel. Family run, small restaurant, but Pho is naturally gluten free and a great option for my 10yo with celiac. Can’t speak to level of cross contamination but pho should typically be safe. Also ordered GF pad Thai but it had no taste as they didn’t use any tamari.
