Malgré toutes les bonnes intentions du serveur et des cuisiniers, la contamination croisée me semble inévitable. Des options sans gluten sont offertes (tartares, steak, fruits de mer et poissons), mais je ne recommande pas pour les personnes coeliaques. J'ai eu mal à l'estomac à la suite de ma visite (je réagit habituellement à la contamination croisée).

Place ''branchée'' à Lévis. Ils ont une Glutenberg au menu. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, il faut s'assurer avec le serveur qu'il a discuté des options avec le cuisinier. Un risque d'erreur ou de contamination demeure présent mais ça m'est arrivé une seule fois en plusieurs visites.

Decent food. Massive place (three floors!) so you definitely need to be extremely clear with your server that they put *celiac/gf* in your order notes. (I noticed when we got the bill that only my non-celiac partner’s meal had a note, but not mine.) Menu is marked for GF items but in the fine print it says “available GF with modifications” so be sure your server gets the message to the kitchen. Massive menu but only about 10% of items GF. Apparently there’s a fryer entirely dedicated GF and both the regular and sweet potato fries are GF.
