We showed our Spanish language celiac travel card and the waitstaff got a manager to assist. He warned us cross contamination in the kitchen is possible but he would ensure the pasta was cooked in separate clean water. There was gluten free penne pasta (with a variety of toppings). The meal was delicious and my son didn’t get sick
— No gluten-free information on the menu
La pizza estuve muy buena. A pesase de que aclaran que es un lugar que trabajan con gluten. Tuvieron mucho cuidado y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente

When the waitress realized that I had special dietary needs she sent me the manager. He was very knowledgable and could answer all my questions and guided me through the menu. Different options are possible: - gluten free pizza, also indicated in the menu. They bake it in the same oven as the glutenous ones, but they use baking paper to avoid contamination. As I was not eating pizza I didn’t ask about cross contamination during preparation - gluten free pasta (2 sorts available, not marked in the menu). Pasta is cooked separately in another pot. - In the end I had a steak with fries and salad. The manager assured me that they only fry fries in the fryer. I only forgot to double check if the balsamico cream in my salad was gluten free (he told me the vinaigrette is) I would definitely go there again as the food was delicious (my friend had pasta with salmon (with gluten)) and the manager was trustworthy.
