The buffet was well-label with allergens and I was pleased that many gluten-free options were positioned at the beginning of the buffet and away from gluten-containing items. The staff assured me that they avoid cross contamination in the kitchen. I stuck to the items at the beginning of the buffet to limit risk, but had a filling and delicious meal.
