Gluten friendly crust and cauliflower crust available on the menu. The gluten free crust was very good! Great, friendly service even though they short staffed.

Great food. Due to other reviews here, we asked the server a lot of questions. She knew about celiac, gluten etc and explained that their order system is designed to alert the chef whenever a gf order is entered and they can also specify celiac. Then the server follows up and also notifies the chef. GF pasta is NOT cooked in same water as regular pasta. Pizza area is wiped down completely for a gf order. The server did say that you needed to state you are celiac and not just gf by choice.

Going to try a pizza. The “gluten free” pasta is cooked in the same water as the regular pasta. Really?

Staff was terrible. I ordered a gluten-free pizza with eggplant. Assuming the eggplant wasn’t breaded since it was on the list with gluten-free options. When I asked the server after it came they blamed it on me. Spoke with the manager and they removed it from the bill without any apologies. I would never trust this place!!!!!!
