Lovely retro bakery with a plentitude of options for various allergies. I am gluten, egg, and dairy free. I had a delicious chicken salad sandwich with carrots. I’d love to see a healthier chip option, but no complaints otherwise. Kids enjoyed their lunches and desserts. They keep cupcakes ready in the back for a quick party treat! Very friendly and clean! Had a great experience here! I stopped by while traveling through and grabbed a turkey sandwich and some treats for later. The sandwich was absolutely delicious, with super thin sliced turkey.

The s’mores bar and chocolate cake (which were both dairy free) were fantastic and pleased my non gf friends, and I loved the lemon blueberry pound cake. The owner and staff were so nice and even offered to get water for my dog since I was just passing through! Wish I could go here more often!

Such a cute place with SO MANY gluten free options. Also MANY options for dairy free, soy free, egg free, etc. Workers and owner are so helpful and was a great experience!! I highly recommend if you have any allergy! I got the pumpkin bread, 2 different lunch sandwiches, lava cake, and a brownie and it was all SO GOOD. I live 10 hours away and this has been my favorite part of my trip so far!! Go check them out!!!!

The bread is amazing, soft, doesn't fall apart and tastes great! Owner is sweet and very personable. Cakes, pies, mixes, bread,cookies, biscuits.... Got them all!!!

Amazing! A must if you are in Little Rock. I got a lemon drop cookie and s’mores bar which look incredible, and a lemon blueberry tea cake which I can guarantee you is incredible! Tastes like a Starbucks lemon loaf but BETTER! They are gluten and nut free which was perfect for me as a celiac with a nut allergy. They are also entirely soy free. Seemed to be a decent amount of options for those with egg allergies as well. They sell fresh baked goods, frozen items, and mixes for you to take home! They also ship. I will definitely be ordering from them when we get to the west coast.

This is the cutest little bakery you've ever seen! It's not only dedicated GF, but also nut and soy free as well.

Ms Paula is always so incredibly sweet and welcoming. She and her staff do an amazing job with everything they make. I've been eating from here since they first opened (12 years ago as of right now) and I've never had anything I didn't like!

I have been here twice and have tried 4 different items. I wasn’t a huge fan of the lava cake but everything else has been amazing! The strawberry pie is one of the best desserts I’ve ever tried! I love that they are also nut free and offer many dairy free options. I feel so safe getting treats here and I’m looking forward to trying more items!

I’ve been there a few times, and I have celiac disease. Food, AMAZING!!🤤 Staff is completely reasonable, and are super nice. My mother also has celiac disease, and if she gets glutened, she feels terrible. She has it worse than me, and she eat here. Never gets sick, and she really enjoys the food. My opinion? Totally safe, and food is really good!!!

Today I went there. The food is 100% gluten free which is amazing. Everything tasted great too. But the staff doesn't seem to practice cleanliness the way they should. After I ate my muffin I was sitting there and watched them all touch their faces, their hair, then pick up gloves to put on and touch food. Now the hands are not clean when they reach in the glove box to grab gloves. Just gross! Never saw one of them was their hands!!!

I’m celiac with a lot of unconventional and obscure food allergies such as ancient grains. Not only is the place entirely celiac safe, but the owner was more than happy to help me find what was safe to eat for my other allergies. I got a brownie and a slice of lemon cheesecake and they were both delicious! Brought home some cookie dough and pumpkin bread (which I’m eating as I write this) and they’re excellent as well! Safe, delicious, and accommodating. 11/10 above and beyond!

Great place. I stopped by a little after lunch was over, but the ladies there were able to let me have some chicken salad and crackers since I couldn’t get a sandwich. The chicken salad was a little different than I’m used to, but it was SO good and the crackers were good too. I also got their sugar cookies and a piece of chocolate cheesecake that were amazing. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Little Rock again.

Omg, I love, love, love this place! I was visiting Little Rock on a business trip and was searching on my find me gluten free app, and lo and behold I came across this lovely bakery! The owner was fantastic and knowledgeable and let me tell you what, this was some of the best gluten free food I’ve ever tasted! The baked goods ranged from brownies, and these little star cookies with cream in the middle, birthday cake cheesecake and moist bread! I will definitely be back and I will for sure call in to order and have items shipped! I ate all of this in 2 days and did not get sick, so that tells you all you need to know! They are also nut free and most items are dairy and egg free.

Holy Moly! This place was such a joy to find while on a road trip. Their bread is PHENOMENAL excellent flavor and texture with consistent air pockets. It was unlike any gluten free bread I’ve ever had. You can tell they know what they are doing here. 10/10

I can't say much more than what has already been said, but this place is a gluten free goldmine. Amazing food, lots of options, and offers egg and dairy free options as well. A freezer section has things you can take home and bake, and it will be a new go-to place for me now that we've moved to the area. If you are gluten free, go there!

Stopped on our way through heading to Memphis, and found this gem! They had two daily special cookies: Lemon Drop & Key Lime Coconut... Both were scrumptious!! In fact I only. Got one lemon cookie & before we left town we went back to get some more! 😆 They have egg free, dairy free treats. They also make grain free bread. We went to ‘Big Orange’ where they have amazing burgers & use Dempsey’s buns! Best burger and bun I have had, definitely worth trying it!! 😋

This bakery is 100% gluten free and a must-stop if you have celiac or other food allergies and are in the Little Rock area. The owner is so sweet and they have a huge selection of sweet treats, as well as frozen lasagna, pizza, and pot pies. I recommend getting an Airbnb with a kitchen if you’re visiting Little Rock and stocking up on frozen meals at Dempsey’s, like I did.

Absolutely amazing!! We went for lunch and it was the best celiac friendly meal I’ve had yet. Even my boyfriend loved it and he doesn’t have to eat GF. The staff is so friendly and they even let me know they can send me breads and treats via mail and all you have to do is call in the order

I had a fancy grilled cheese, turkey bacon avocado salad, and sweet tea. The sandwich was a little dry, the garlic aoili is a must-have, and the owner was super friendly. I also got a red velvet cupcake and it was very good, pumpkin chocolate chip tea bread (was stored in a bag for a few days while I ate it piece by piece and stayed moist!), and a s'mores bar- best thing I had.
