A few gluten free noodle-bowl options, excellent flavor, decent prices. Staff is conscientious about gluten and seems well-trained. Have eaten here 3x without issue.
(Disclaimer: I generally avoid cross-contamination, shared fryer, but am not as extremely sensitive as some people here are. One bite of food with actual wheat in it (breading, soy sauce) will cause me to have an immediate immune reaction, however, so I have a decent sense of when I’ve been glutened within a few minutes.)

I had one of the worst gluten exposures of my life here! The server messed up my order and gave me an entire plate of udon noodles, which are made of pure wheat. I normally have a pretty strong stomach, even when exposed to gluten, but I was vomiting the entire afternoon. I’ve eaten here before and they’ve gotten my orders wrong, putting sesame on my dishes when I’ve told them I have a sesame allergy… I would definitely avoid this place during any sort of rush (lunch, dinner). It seems like they’re more focused on handling a high volume of orders than being careful. Plus, the server didn’t seem to understand the severity of Celiac disease when I informed her of my allergy. Pretty disappointed :(

DenDen is an amazing Korean restaurant. It is super tasty and served with impressive attention to detail. The flavors are just like when I lived with a Korean family for a summer. Everything they say is GF is celiac safe. They will show you a menu with handwritten notes about what they will change to make things GF when you ask about it.

Staff has always been friendly & patient in answering my questions as well as ensuring my order is made gluten free and prepared separately. No separate gluten free menu but they have a menu they marked (in pen) their gf options. When ordering for pick up, they texted me the images of it.

The Jap Chae is one of my favorite GF asain noodle dishes in Providence!

Separate GF menu with description of what is different from standard preparation. Menu is very clear and staff is very helpful.
Very knowledgeable staff. Get the Japchae and ask for it to be made gluten free, get a fried egg on it for $1. I get it every single time I go; Never disappoints.

Separate GF menu that had several appetizers and main courses....nice and varied and very delicious. Wait staff was educated and confident about GF options. They are a non-tipping restaurant which was refreshing!

Delicious food! Fries are to die for! Non-tipping location so the prices are lower than they appear!
Korean BBQ restaurant that has multiple options. Just inform your server you need Gluten Free. They really seemed to understand and help guide me through ordering. Food was delicious! I had the Jap Chae(sweet potato noodles)
