Staff was knowledgeable about gluten. Meat was not breaded- sides were GF - rice,beans and plantains. We had the garlic shrimp and it was excellent.

Staff was great and understood gluten and contamination. She showed me the list of ingredients for the flan with no gluten! I also had grilled fish, rice and beans which were delicious!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I grew up in a Puerto Rican household and so I didn't need to be walked through the food, just to be talked out of buying one of everything they had. I spoke to the owner, the chef and Elizabeth and NO THE FLAN DOES NOT CONTAIN FLOUR. The food is perfectly authentic and SOOOOO good! Don't hesitate to stop here!

No GF menu but the server was very attentive and had a lot of initiative to say what was safe and what was not. Our daughter had steak with rice and salad and mango juice. They have a mojo sauce which was incredible, made from scratch and gluten free. We ordered flan for dessert and he warned us that Cuban flan is made with gluten, unlike the Brazilian flan we get when we are at home. Thanks to this we did not order it. I had no idea. Wonderful, attentive and delicious place!!!
