Be aware that all Dennys restaurants use oil from their fryers to grease the grills. So if you order an item that is cooked on the grill it starts with gluten. You can ask them cook food in a frying pan without frying oil.

I've stuck with the breakfast choices so far and I haven't had any issues. I am still a little concerned about cross contamination in such a busy atmosphere but I’ve eaten here many times without a problem

No dedicated toaster for GF English muffins- Skillet breakfasts are served in cast iron (shared with gluten containing food. Etc. As a celiac, I could not eat there.
No
I travel a lot. Denny's has become my favorite breakfast with Google gluten free options
Yes
Denny's itself is still Denny's ;-) but they have done a ton to improve their labeling. It's so much easier than before to order gf. The Rome Denny's, however, always has issues - poor staff, construction, credit card machines down, etc etc. but we've had good gf experiences.
Denny's has redesigned their menu! the new one notes all the GF items and what sides to pick! Yay! ya ya... fuss away about all the usual stuff, but this new labelling is a huge deal!

Put “gluten allergy (Celiac)” as note in online order. Checked option for no toast. When I picked up the order it had toast included and they didn’t know anything about it being GF. Due to timing, had to fly across country with just a Kind bar.

They do have a few items on the menu, lots of omelettes with GF English muffins and a sausage scramble which was tasty. They do write on the menu due to shared cooking space they can’t guarantee gf. They aren’t kidding! All three of my GF people got sick and my two that aren’t sensitive to Cc got it the worst… I’m suspecting the gf English muffins were the most contaminated. Other Denny’s are safer but don’t go to this one if you can’t have Gluten for medical reasons!

We ate here several times recently and I was pleased with the gluten free options offered here. The staff varied greatly as to how knowledgeable they were about gluten sensitivity, but overall I feel pretty safe eating here. I usually get omelets, and they usually can offer GF English muffins with it.

Gluten free not true. They have products GF but made with cross contamination. So finally, a Celiac can’t eat nothing at Denny’s. And they don’t stop to do something for us without contamination. We arr going to be 5 days here and if they have GF menus, for sure we’ll est all the days. Now, no more.
