Denny's has gluten free options marked on menu, can ask for allergy prep for a little better cross contamination protection. Not celiac, gluten intolerant, and I felt fine after having the Grand Slam with all gluten free options, including the english muffin

They used to carry GF English muffins that can substituted for bread on any entry. They made a corporate decision to stop carrying gluten free.
I went to this dennys with my grandma. I like that the menu items are marked as GF, but I let my waitress know as well, and if the cook could please change his gloves while making my food. She then lied to me face and told me that dennys doesn’t deal with flour at all. And I told her that’s not true, obviously the pancakes and bread or anything fried is NOT GF. She got mad I checked her and told me that it’s not like they’re going to clean an entire grill for my hashbrowns. Like damn this all came from me asking her to ask the cook to change his gloves.
I trust the sausage, eggs, and hashbrowns but definitely mention you’re celiac if that’s the case. Do not have the GF English muffin if you have celiac or are sensitive to CC. It is prepared in a shared toaster.
