Visited Dennys in Las Vegas. GF is marked on the menu, will replace bread with a GF muffin. I had an omelette with a hash brown and GF muffin. No problems or pain so would definitely head back there. Did not discuss cross contamination.

So far so good! No reaction, lots of really good gluten free options for breakfast, so you don't feel like you're getting cheated out of the "really good" food. Disappointed that they don't offer any gf pancakes yet, but the gf English muffin was surprisingly good!

There are many gluten free options listed on the menu but if you have celiac you can’t eat much. I had ordered a burger then 5 minutes later my server came out and let me know that I can’t get it because the grill would take too long to clean. I ended up just going for scrambled eggs & bacon but was informed I can’t have the bacon either because it’s also made on the grill.

Everything is marked GF on menu and there are a lot of options, but the server wasn't aware of GF status on items when asked and didn't have any knowledge of cross-contamination - I saw her use the same towel for the GF English Muffin as the toast.
In general food safety, I saw a lot of servers using bare hands to test the temperature of the food before they took plates to the table.

Only the milkshakes are not contaminated. Everything else has cross contamination in the fryer or on the grill.
