Review of Denny's

I like to stop here when traveling between Colorado and New Mexico. There are not many restaurants in Raton. Even though Dennys menu has GF items marked, you have to be very careful of cross contamination especially at this location. The wavy fries are marked GF. I asked the waitress if they have a dedicated fryer and she said, "no, but they're still GF!". I then educated her on cross contamination. She said, "oh, I didn't realize gluten could do that." I ended up ordering a salad with no potatoe sticks. I feel fine.
