Deno's Mountain Bistro

Denos has Gluten Free, Pasta, Pizza Crust and Bread. There fries are not breaded, the chicken wings are not breaded and their house made sweet potato chips are delicious. There can be cross contamination but I have never had a problem in the 75 plus times I’ve eaten there. If you’re a celiac I’d recommend the steaks, salads, or mussels with GF bread!

Menu says they have several gluten free options, but when we went they were out of everything except mashed potatoes. Out of the gluten free pasta and out of the gluten free risotto. Server was not helpful. Very disappointing.

One night we had the steak and Caesar salad and the next time we went back I had the gf pizza and the house salad. All good and I didn’t get sick

The waiter assured me they were familiar with preparing gluten free food. I ordered the beef tip appetizer with no issues. The salad I ordered tested positive for gluten on the Nima sensor, so I didn't eat it.

The staff was super knowledgeable and there are MANY options. I had the gf cauliflower crust pizza with no cheese and it was delicious! The main things that aren’t safe are pastas, fried things, and cross contamination in the fryer so fries are out. Warning it is very pricy but it definitely makes up for it in taste!
