Absolutely delish pizza, all my non gf friends also tried it and liked it better than the glutinous pizza. They all joked around asking if we were sure it was actually gluten free. The manager was also great and sent over a complimentary gf pizza as an appetizer since I couldn’t enjoy any of the other table apps ordered. I’m super sensitive to cc and did not get sick! Will definitely go back!

Amazing! Gluten free/celiac here. Run, not joking- run there! After 15 years as a Celiac- best bread/pizza crust. Like a focaccia, light fluffy, olive-oil brushed absolutely delicious!!!!! Dedicated kitchen, writing review 4 hours after eating. Knowledgeable staff and manager. Restaurant- you need to sell this bread. People will come for it! Best meal in Chicago!
AMAZING GF PIZZA CRUST!!! I went 2x in one week because it was so fluffy, crispy, and delicious! Did not get sick. I look forward to more pizza and trying other menu items 😍
The pizza was absolutely insane-so fluffy I have never had anything like it. A must try if you are in Chicago!! The cacio e pepe was great as well.
Best GF pizza in the city! So think and fluffy. The chef’s wife had celiac and he made the recipe for her. Ingredients are flown in from Italy!
The pizza is incredible! Cooked/ prepared in a separate space. No issues. Make sure to get a reservation or you’ll wait a couple hours on a Friday or Saturday!
ordered through doordash… AMAZING gf crust. it’s thick, yet spongy. it’s crispy, yet soft. ate it until i was stuffed.
one of my new favorite spots for celiac-safe italian!!! the service is INCREDIBLE, our waiter asked who had celiac at our table (based on my reservation) before i had to mention it. their gluten free pizza is so good (the pizza chef’s wife has celiac and he has perfected the recipe). most pastas and salads can be made gluten free as well. absolutely LOVE ballyhoo restaurants for gluten free and highly recommend this one!!! 😍
Ballyhoo hits a grand slam, AGAIN. Our server Nick was great, making for such an enjoyable night. The sommelier recommended two excellent bottles of wine. And most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. They have Gluten Free pasta options and a Gluten Free ‘Sicilian Style’ Pizza. Can’t wait for the outdoor seating to open up! Ballyhoo does a great job with GF!
