A very good experience. I attended a company dinner where there was only a limited menu to choose from. I indicated to the waiter that I was celiac, so he went back to the kitchen to check. Much to my surprise, it turned out that all the dishes on the limited menu were gluten-free except for the bread and soup croutons. The waiter reassured me that the kitchen staff were aware of the meaning of gluten-free and were well trained. Unfortunately they did not have gluten free bread or pretzels. Instead, I had a cheese plate. When others ordered beer to toast, the waiter automatically brought me a glass of champagne. The wines were also very tasty.
