Very nice place with gluten-free kitchen. The waiter was very friendly. You have to try the homemade pasta and bread! On Top: The staff knows about the lactose-free options on the menu.

10 out of 10! It was outstanding and the non celiacs loved it! The bread is outstanding! Everything was amazing.

Wow. This place is amazing from start to finish. Its fully GF. We were greeted with free prosecco and a special tuscan appertizer. After that we had the best gluten free bread i have ever tasted, and i have eaten gluten free for 10 years! When the food arrived, we couldnt belive how good the homemade pasta was. On top of all of this, we had a super lovely waiter, a lovely lady that made sure off all our needs. This place is worth a trip to Pistoia alone, and i will probably come back just for the pasta.

Me and my sister have gluten allergy so we went eat here. The staff is really nice. The food is also really good. There was a lot of choice and everything was gluten-free so that was great. The starter was great, just like the mean dish and the desserts where also very great. I really recommend this place if you have a gluten allergy and also if you don’t.

The restaurant only serves gluten free food, so there's no risk of cross-contamination. Standard Italian fare, with fresh homemade pasta. All antipasti, primi and secondo are gluten free. Very good food, well executed. Fresh bread and focaccia - excellent. Nice English-speaking waitress when we visited.
