Desert Edge Brewery

This used to be one of my SLC faves pre-celiac and I hadn’t been for years but wanted to grab lunch with family and thought for sure they would have SOMETHING gf on the menu. I was sorely disappointed in the limited number of options: a salad with no dressing or nachos. I ordered the latter and they were pretty good as nachos go but come on, at least offer gf pasta salad or buns. They do advertise a gf Ghostfish beer but not feeling adventurous today.
