Staff went out of their way to double check and make sure they didn’t serve me anything with gluten. Unfortunately they said the brisket is not GF. It looked amazing, but they substituted some extra ribs to replace it in my order. Really appreciate them going the extra mile.

Staff was very knowledgeable on GF items. All the proteins were GF. Several of the sides. One of the staff is gluten sensitive and can help. They open at 1100 am until sold out. Closed on Monday and Tuesday. Our kids loved this barbecue!
