So, I’ve ordered here multiple times and i will say the food is good. I always specify gluten-free and tell them that it is for an allergy, but they always seem a bit confused and i am never sure if I can fully trust them. Like, i tried to explain that I have an allergy and they just started telling me about how the ingredients are gluten-free. I said, I understand that but what I’m concerned about is whether it is prepared to avoid contamination. And then they just kept insisting no gluten so I felt like I had no choice but to trust them. But I have no idea what they do to prevent it and they always act weirdly defensive and confused when I try to ask.I am not symptomatic to contamination to the point that I can really obviously tell, so I am unsure if I have ever been glutened here. I trust that the ingredients are all gluten-free, the preparation methods are just vague.
