Food was good. Gluten free is marked on main menu. Lots of steamed and grilled options. I had the grilled yellow fin tuna which was excellent. I didn't ask but it seemed obvious they don't have a dedicated kitchen for gluten free.

-LUNCH MENU IS NOT MARKED-
The lunch menu is not marked but the waitress thought that it was. I double checked what I ordered against the dinner menu online (which is marked) but was left with very few options. Most of the grilled options are gluten free and the oysters are gf but everything else is very uncertain. If you want a safe experience probably just stick to dinner here.
Edit: my food had some fries in the rice which they did replace but probably a zero heart safety at lunch. Just don’t risk it and wait til dinner if you have severe sensitivity.

My celiac daughter had the crab legs and baked potato. Waitress said they prepare the food in separate area of the kitchen. No issues and she is a very sensitive celiac.

My wife is a celiac who goes into anaphylaxis.
Amazing service. We used Yelp to get on the wait list . Walked to our table as soon as we arrived. The service was amazing. The server completely understood Gluten Free and celiacs. When I asked about what was Gluten free we got a very through explanation. Not only from the amazing server but also the manager and or owner who indicated that she made the menu.
They informed us that TWO stars next to the menu item is Gluten free she also said that the sweet potato casserole is now Gluten free but the two stars have not been added yet. Even after it was very clear that my wife and I both had to have Gluten free the server checked one more time and wrote down our needs on each order .
The food was great good sized portions and very tasty we got the broild seafood platter and it was just wonderful.
I did ask about the kitchen and they go so far as to not advertise anything as Gluten free that uses a common fryer or that could be contaminated.
Absolutely amazing experience ❤

Menu items clearly marked gluten free. Had blackened tilapia, rice and steamed vegetables. Great meal with a fair share of gluten free options

Manager came over without asking and explained their kitchen set up. All grilled and blackened fish can be made GF. Fryer is shared, but several sides are GF. Server was very knowledgeable. Food was great and had a tuna steak larger than a pork chop!

Staff was friendly and greeted immediately. Waitress was not very helpful when trying to figure out what I could eat. So I was a little disheartened. Grilled shrimp served with yellow rice was very tasty.

We had a great experience. The server took notes and my son didn’t get sick. He had a grilled fish with rice and baked potato. Plenty of great options and they were clearly marked on the menu.

GF items marked on menu. No dedicated fryer. Food was good, but not great.
I had the sampler which included broiled fish almondine, shrimp & scallops. It was absolutely delicious.
Atmosphere is nice, we went between lunch & dinner and wait was none

Very kind and knowledgeable staff! The waitress advised to not get the yellow rice for risk of cross contamination. I got the crab legs, royal red shrimp and cole slaw- all tested safe with Nima. Best seafood of our entire trip, my table mates agreed!!

The staff was very knowledgeable about which items were gluten free. I had the chicken with orange marmalade and it was fantastic. The salad came with croutons which I sent back. You could tell it was a different salad based on the other toppings. They didn’t just pick off the croutons. I did not have any issues eating here.

They now have a gluten free menu with several choices.

We ate here for lunch and had a very pleasant meal. My son and I shared the very affordably priced steamed crab plate. I had earlier informed the waitress that we were GF, and she asked if we wanted to leave the butter off the order. Huh? Apparently the staff isn't completely clear of the differences between GF and DF. But as long as you know your limits and are very clear you should have a pleasant meal.
No gluten free menu but the staff and manager were very knowledgeable and helpful. Manager checks each order marked gf before it is sent out.

Not a great experience. There is no GF menu, and the waitstaff seemed very uneducated on the topic. Went with some blackened fish (sans butter, as the waitress suggested??) and still felt some reaction later. If you go here, bring something with you.

If could I'd give it a 0 star! Asked for gf menu, was told by hostess they could accommodate, but did not have gf specific menu and the waitress would help. (Btw, regular menus were filthy.) Told the waitress I was gf and asked for recommendation, said just pick something not fried and get the veggies, without butter. I informed her butter was naturally gf, she just turned and walked away. So rude. I asked about their broiling method and asked if they used bread crumbs, said "did not think so, but there was butter." I again said butter is naturally gf, asked was there something they mixed in butter to make it an issue for me? She asked "what my issue was" again said "gf, you know can't want wheat." She just referred to butter, again. We ended up not eating here since she was SO rude and they (she) clearly did not understand what gf is.

The staff was very accommodating to my gluten-free allergy. The manager was very nice and also informative about was was at risk for gluten or cross contamination. Most all the staff was extremely friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. If you ever do find yourself in Gulf Shore, I do recommend a visit.
