Chef even came to our table to explain how 3-4 plates of pasta pre-boiled first of the day with clean pots to avoid cross contamination and other methods during the day to avoid cross contamination of other meals. My celiac son had the 12 oz almost foot long graucho skirt steak with rice beans and corn-loved it. Wife and I shared the thai steak salad and thai curry-spicey hot-pasta(both also gluten free). We loved our meals too. Update- NO gluten free beer as of 08/04/2014. The only negative while we were there.
