epic dogs! I created my own. the server was knowledgeable and let me know they could grill my gf bun separately, and would take as many precautions as possible, but in general they don’t have dedicated gf kitchen space. she also told me they DO NOT have a dedicated fryer, despite one of the reviews here saying they do, so definitely double check on that if you go.
I had a great experience here! I did not get glutened and the hot dog bun was pretty good, although it was hard and stale in a few small parts. I’ll be coming back!
EDIT: My celiac partner and I came back, he ordered an alligator dog with toppings and I got a chicken and beef. We both agreed beef was our favorite. The bread wasn’t as stale this time and the dogs were terrific.
Surprised to find great tasting hot dogs with Gluten Free Schär buns for $3 extra! If you do not want a bun, they also offer corn tortillas, free of charge, or you can opt for a naked hot dog. There are many options to choose from. If you don’t like the hot dogs on the menu, feel free to create your own! There are vegan and vegetarian options as well. We asked about the fries and our waiter told us they are cooked in a separate, dedicated fryer. Other fried items are not GF. Delicious food!
I was pleased to find an amazing menu of dogs starting at just $6 with gluten free options. Wrapped in a corn tortilla or on a Schar gluten free bun. There were options ranging from lamb to gator to more traditional food and sausages with a make your own or choose from a fabulous menu organized by international destinations across the palate. Non gluten free friends raved about the fried cheese curds. The menu even offered vegetarian and vegan beyond options and salads. Still being covid conscious I appreciated being seated upstairs with just our group. The waiter was excellent and the desserts to die for.
