While our server was knowledgeable about GF (and we made it VERY clear that this was for someone with celiac), in watching the staff making pizzas through the viewing window, I saw several cross-contaminations of the GF crust. Very scary moment for the mama of a celiac kid. When I talked to our server, he indicated that the pizza maker was not following protocol, and would have the pizza remade. I would caution anyone with celiac to be careful here, and maybe go watch through the viewing window.
