I usually just get the wings here (grilled, not breaded, server said GF) but they also have gluten free pasta and buns. A little expensive so I've never gotten them although I bet they're pretty good. They say the french fries aren't breaded but are fried in the same fryers as other breaded items which is usually okay with me, I'm NOT celiac (I have hypothyroidism, recommended to stay away from gluten from doctor) but it seemed that the fries were breaded just from the way they looked and tasted and now I have a bit of an upset stomach. Will probably just get the wings from now on!
Yes
The menu has Gluten free buns on menu. I asked for chef and Drew came out and was very helpful (11:45 AM) so no rush lunch time rush. He named several salads and grilled fish plates. The hamburger was an option as well. No dedicated fryer, bummer so I so I settled for a salad. I did have the salmon served separately from the salad rather than on it. Lots of healthy options here. Just talk to chef to see how aware he/ she is about menu. My husband enjoyed a cheese burger and fries and was happy with his meal as well
Yes
many gluten free options, and also the staff will recommend changes to make gluten free.
You know, most places will at least make an attempt when you ask for a gluten free menu, not here! Was told a flat no and the waitress moved on to the next person. No attempt to assist at all and made it very clear she did not want to be bothered. I will never go back there again.
