Review of Dharma's Restaurant

I've been eating at Dharma's for years but only known about my Celiac for two years. Their GF menu is great but when I asked about the food prep, I learned that cross-contamination is pretty much guaranteed in the kitchen. It seems there is really no separation of utensils or pans so everything is subject to gluten contamination. I'd stick to the salads and maybe the GF soups, which are all REALLY good and a good value as well.

I hope that they will become more careful with their food prep in the future as I would like to go back to being able to eat their food more regularly without worrying about the safety issue.
