Review of Diablo's Cantina

The hostess confirmed upon arrival that they had gluten free options, but the waiter had no clue what gluten was. He offered to ask the chef, who confirmed the chicken enchiladas I asked about were gluten free. They were pretty tasty, served with beans and rice. Might go back to try the tacos. Unlikely to be safe for celiac.
