We went to Diablos after reading the comments here. Our waiter told us that all enchilada sauces had glute, and the only safe entree items are tacos or fajitas. Chips are in a shared fryer. We ordered guacamole to go with our tacos, and he brought the chips because he said he felt badly charging us but not giving them to us. We explained that it is ok, and that we just want to be kept safe. I had the Alhambra tacos and hubs had the combo fajitas. Everything was really good…we really loved the rice, too! I didn’t get sick!

The server was able to tell us what was safe and what wasn’t. They even made my twins an off menu GF quesadilla (beef with a corn tortilla) which they loved! This place has wonderful staff who made us feel confident that our kids were eating safely.

I had a good experience at Diablo’s Cantina. The server was pretty thorough about what was ok and what wasn’t. They don’t have a separate menu but can make quite a bit gf. There is no dedicated fryer so I couldn’t have the chips. I ordered the trio enchiladas. There was a beef enchilada, chicken enchilada, and shrimp enchilada. They were SO good!!! I didn’t get sick or even sick feeling! Very pleased.

The staff really wanted to help make sure I had a gluten free meal and said they could make almost anything on the menu gluten free, j should just tell them about it. I had chicken enchiladas and the corn. I tested everything with my Nima and came back with a happy face! That made me happy!
The staff seemed knowledgeable. I ate there safely. I had combo fajitas with rice. I did not eat the tortillas. They do not have a dedicated fryer so no chips. The food was good and I did not get sick.
