None of the wait staff nor the manger knew what gluten was so they were super unhelpful in telling me if something was gluten free or not which made the meal very unpleasant because I couldn’t enjoy what I was eating. In the end I didn’t sick from eating the chips, salsa and Caribbean taco platter. But the way I was treated for asking about gluten free food makes me never want to go back here and I certainly can’t recommend it to anyone with Celiac Disease. Hot Springs is a hard place to eat in if you Celiac Disease!

The server stated that none of their food is gluten free. I did eat the chips and salsa. Not sure if the server just wasn't sure what gluten is or if things have changed since others have been there. Good luck

I wouldn’t say they are well versed in gluten free but I ate here with no reaction! Chips are fried in the morning alone with fresh oil so no cross contamination. Tacos themselves seemed like the safest bet since they were on gluten free tortillas- I had chicken Tinga, pork belly and carne asada.

I cannot have gluten or dairy and they said they can make all their tacos dairy free and all their tacos come gluten free!
