Not a lot of options, uninformed staff, and I got glutened even though I ordered something they said was gluten free. No appetizers, dumplings, noodle dishes, or soups could be made GF. Our server told me almost any entree could be made GF, so I ordered Mongolian beef. It was pretty unappetizing, seemingly made without its usual sauce, served as a greasy plate of beef, onions, and bamboo strips. I had to ask for rice since they seem to have thought it contained gluten (?!). And then, woke up the next day with classic gluten symptoms. (I have celiac disease but don’t usually experience symptoms for 6-10 hours after eating gluten.) All around a bad experience.
