So I’ve made friends with one of the managers at Diartis. I asked him if they do gluten free pizza and he said that they do. He’s very aware on gluten sensitivity and cross contamination. He was super cool about it and had one of his employees go in the very back with gloves to make my pizza. It tastes amazing and the crust was very thick for a GF pizza. I felt amazing and I didn’t feel sick at all. I’ll definitely give it a try and I would make sure and remind them on your sensitivity just in case if they forget! The pizza is 20 inches and it cost around $20-$25!
