They have gluten free wraps so I ordered a southwest wrap. The ingredients in it had tortilla strips which I asked them to leave off. When I said I had a gluten allergy she immediately changed gloves and washed her hands. Everything was going great until she got my gluten free wrap and plopped it on the warmer. I asked if that was where they warm all wraps and was told that's the only place they have to warm them. I let her know that was cross contamination and just took my food in a bowl instead. Salad was good. Management could benefit from learning more about allergy cross contamination. If someone had a peanut allergy would you place their wrap on anything that had peanuts on it ever?? I may give them another try in the future and just ask for my wrap to not be warmed.

Unfortunately they are no longer celiac safe. They no longer will take fresh non-contaminated ingredients that are not from the main line for celiac orders.

The staff at Diced are super knowledgeable about the needs of those with Celiac and other allergies. If you mention that you have an allergy they will ask you about it will they change their gloves, grab a new tossing bowl, cutting board, and dicer. They are very careful to avoid cross-contamination. I also love that they locally source almost all their ingredients. I've eaten here multiple times and never gotten sick. I look forward to my future trips.
