I ordered a wrap and let the worker know that I had an allergy, and she assured me that they would prepare my stuff in a clean space and it would be safe. Once my bowl was assembled to be put in a wrap, they put the gluten-free wrap in the same heater as the normal ones, telling me it wasn’t cross contamination because the “high temps kill the gluten.” She then rolled up my gluten-free wrap on the same countertop as everything else, not cleaning it first. Needless to say I did not eat the wrap, but it looked super yummy!
