Meats are gf, so are the bbq sauces. Some have soy but not gluten. Several sides are gf.
Simple find for GF BBQ and brisket chili. Not a dedicated facility. Staff was very accommodating .
I explained that my daughter is celiac, and the guy behind the counter did not know what it was, but the guy next to him did, and explained that he just uses a different cutting board, a fresh knife, and fresh gloves, which he was willing to do. We ordered the jalapeno sausage, ribs, and a baked potato. Sausage was the tastiest. Seems safe. We looked at their allergen info online and chose our foods that way.
Dickey’s is a BBQ spot in Taber we found. It was an amazing experience. The staff knew exactly what needed to be done. Clean surface new gloves no crumbs. All the meats are GF and the only thing that would be a Cross Contamination would be the bread.
The baked potato with pulled pork is delicious.
