Good BBQ food. If you use common sense, you can eat GF here pretty easily. There’s no dedicated GF menu. Avoid getting the bread/ dinner roll and pickles. All meats and sides have never contaminated me. Obviously, all sandwiches are forbidden. Great food at a great price.
Yes
gluten free meats and some gluten free sides Very easy to get gluten contamination due to the way they handle the meats
No
They are not dedicated GF but they are very very careful if you ask. The only thing I have eaten from here is the pulled pork, chicken, and baked beans. It's tested free from gluten every time. Communication is key here they have a lot of bread in house!
The staff has no knowledge of an Allergen guide and I can't find it on the website either.
Knowing that most barbeque places are gluten-free as far as meats and most sauces go, tried this location equipped with overall Dickeys allergen list from website. Counter order server knew of gluten allergy and changed gloves without being asked to. Also, waffle fries are all that was fried so these potatoes did not have gluten contamination. Maybe 1 or 2 meats have gluten from flavoribg-Ask! And no bun of course!

Staff immediately changed cutting boards and gloves. Nothing is marked on the menu but staff is knowledgeable about what is and is not gluten free. I am pretty sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t feel sick at all!
