As a Celiac, this place is my local go-to I feel safe at. Not a dedicated kitchen but staff seem pretty aware of the issue. The firer is even dedicated GF so you can safely order fries and a fried chicken sandwich; how rare is that? Reaction wise seems pretty safe, just make sure to mention your celiac/food allergen to better hedge your odds since it is more fast food style oriented
