I ordered the jalapeno bbq burger with a side salad. They cooked my burger in a separate pan to ensure there was no cross contamination. The waitress double checked with the kitchen that the ranch dressing and burger patty were actually gluten free and not just the bun. It is a shared fryer so no French fries, chips, etc. I am very impressed with the staff willingness to reassure me and keep the food safe. The gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu!
Eaten there twice, food was delicious both times but the second time got sick from the turkey burger.

Wonderful meal! I had Philly cheese steak on gf bun with coleslaw. Owner came by to check on me. Great steamed gf bun! Items in menu show gf.
Very friendly staff. NO dedicated fryer but great burgers!
Was visiting Frisco for the weekend and was super scared coming here as I couldn’t find any reviews but my family wanted to go. I asked the waitress about dedicated fryers as I was going to get fries and a burger on gf bread. The executive chef came to my table and chatted with me about all of my options! Soooo nice. Also came back at the end of my meal to check on me. He has extensive knowledge of allergens and was awesome! Will come back if I’m in the area!!
