Wir haben hier schon mehrfach gegessen. Auf der Karte steht explizit der Hinweis, dass alle Gerichte auch glutenfrei möglich sind. Das stimmt allerdings nicht immer, beim letzten mal war das Maismehl aus, sodass keine glutenfreien Pfannkuchen möglich waren. Also am besten mit etwas Vorlauf anrufen, wenn solche Dinge gewünscht sind. Das Personal weiß sehr gut Bescheid und kann bei Fragen helfen.

Inzwischen gibt es auch eine komplette vegane Karte, falls auch das wichtig ist.

Glutenfrei Speisen waren auf der Karte zwar nicht direkt ausgewiesen. Aber die Service-Kraft war über Allergene gut informiert und konnte mich dementsprechend gut beraten. Viele Gerichte dort sind von Natur aus glutenfrei. Vor dem eigentlichen Essen gab es einen Gruß aus der Küche. Für mich gab es eine glutenfreie Alternative, über die ich mich sehr gefreut habe.
