From the owner: I’m the head chef from Diggers Miranda Rsl. We have removed wheat flour out of kitchen and sourced a variety of Gluten Free products, which means a majority of what we do can be made Gluten Free. We have dedicated prep area , fryer, utensils, trays, oven, pizza cutter, chopping boards ect. Our steak sauces are gf. We do gf pasta, pizza, schnitzel even our pepperoni is gf. Come try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed.
