This cute little shop was on the map as we traveled through the mountains. It’s part of a little grouping of historic buildings that hold shops and restaurants near a train stop. Although we didn’t have time to walk around, we did go in the factory for some chocolate.
When we walked in it smelled wonderful as they also serve as a coffee shop. We went straight for the chocolate where someone was cutting fudge for a customer and there are two bakery cases of chocolates. There’s another little room for bulk chocolate and cordials.
We opted for the bulk chocolate. I hesitated as some of the containers did not have their own scoops. After seeing that the jars with gluten containing ingredients had their own, I was less worried about cross.
I chose the bridge mix and my daughter the dark chocolate almonds and milk chocolate peanuts. Everything was very good and the spot later down the road. No issues with our selections.
