Review of Dimitri's Pizza Kitchen

First pizza failed Nima test, second pizza passed. Sebring is a small town with not many GF dining options. I went here because of the other positive reviews but knew it was risky eating at a pizza restaurant. I talked with the waitress who assured me the cauliflower crust was "110%" gluten free but when put to the Nima test gluten was detected. I was told they prepare their gluten free pizzas in a separate area but it must have been the shared oven. The waitress felt so bad she got me another gluten free pizza on the house but by this time I had to get going so I brought it to where I was going and this time it passed the Nima test. I ate it and felt fine. I would not eat here or any other pizza place without a Nima Sensor and even then I would be extremely cautious, I only ate here because I'm traveling. The local Publix grocery store and Walmart have some good GF frozen entrees and prepared foods.
