Upon entry the friendly waiter took me on a toor to show me exactly what I couldn't eat and the food I could eat. It's an all you can eat restaurant so not that healthy but plenty of choice from the food. The same friendly waiter also told me that if I wanted some beef or fish I could tell him and he would prepare it separately in the back of the kitchen in a dedicated pan or frying pan.
