This is a chain gelato shop every location I have been to they have a dedicated gluten free bun of utensils they use to scoop. They have packaged GF cones that are marked. They change their gloves. They use a special tool to get to fresh gelato then another utensil to scoop one flavor and another to scoop the next (if you are getting two). They also do not charge extra for GF cones.

Most of the ice cream is gluten free. There are only a few flavors that contain wheat. All of that is marked in the ice cream flavor tag. The cones are very good! They are a sugar cone that tastes like a regular cone.

I did not have to tell the workers to do anything. They are clearly trained to know what to do for GF people.
