Great salads, but not fg trained staff. They have the GF items clearly marked on the wall menus, however the staff are not trained in cross contamination. We had to tell them to change their gloves since they were working with pita bread. They were going to use the same tongs to get the grilled chicken as they had used for the non-gf gyro meat. The worker who changed their gloves then slid the salad to another worker to put toppings on and we had to ask them to change their gloves. So it was a lot of work and it flustered the workers since it is not something they were trained in. If they could get their processes and training down for GF, the food was excellent. Until then, we'll be more likely to go to Chipotle where they know how to do GF.
