Review of Dinosaur BBQ

Winner, winner chicken wing dinner! Smoked chicken wings are great!! Tender, flavorful and moist with a light char grilled outside. Wango tango sauce was great addition to the wings. Coleslaw was good not great and the greens(collards and mustard)only had smoked turkey so my pork allergy wasn’t an issue. Brisket was ok not phenomenal but decent. I’m a mesquite bbq snob so getting a celebratory great out of me is darn near impossible. The slathering sauce was also good.

Waitress was compassionate, eager to clarify and brought us the allergen menu in addition to the gluten free menu. The food came quickly and accurately. We also were pleasantly surprised when we bought a bottle of wango tango sauce and it was only $3.99. Well worth the price and we had assumed it would be much higher. Good on them for not taking advantage. Parking is free on street after 5pm and we were told there was a free lot behind the restaurant but didn’t see it. Well be back.
