Review of Dirt Burger

Oh man! I was only visiting Des Moines, if we had a place like this in KC I would eat there once a week! They are only doing carryout now, and the man behind the counter knew what he waa talking about! I asked if the Dirt Balls were fried in a GF fryer and he said yes, everything is dredged in rice flour. The patty is GF and you can get a lovely, seedy GF bun-worth the upcharge. I ordered the Spartan, and he immediately took off a gluten item for me when placing the order. I felt very confident in their knowledge of GF and was not disappointed. No gluten reaction and the food was amazingly good, big burger and the dirt balls are yummy! Plus, it's healthy, but doesn't feel it.
