I cannot rave enough at how knowledgeable and accommodating the staff was. They walked you through the line and made specific things fresh. Had the biggest and best fillet of salmon with chimichurri sauce and a brownie with kool whip and berries. Both of which were hot and very freshly prepared.

Amazing! The chef came and spoke with us and made gluten free waffles on request and they were delicious! Every item on the buffet has allergy warnings (including gluten) on a label above the item. Also the characters are so cute and interact with you the whole time. No reaction! Highly worth the extra money.

This place is really pricey, but they made my night! This is the first place we ate and the chef came out and made me all fresh food instead of just from the buffet so he knew there would not be any cross contamination. He made me a salad, a pizza, and then brought me both a brownie AND a chocolate chip cookie covered in ice cream, drizzled with caramel sauce, strawberries, and whipped cream! I was so excited I gave them hugs. The hostess even brought me out a couple of brownies and cookies to take with me. <3 I have celiacs and I did NOT get sick. We also went down for a character breakfast and again the chef brought me.out gluten free waffles and he walked me through the buffet and told me what things to stay away from and what would be safe. He also offed to make me anything and bring it out to be super sure. While it is really pricey I love these guys for the effort they put forward in proving a great experience even with my issues. Again, I did not get sick!

Chef Alle came out, walked me through the buffet explaining safe choices, and offered me a chicken breast cooked fresh if I liked it. I had some pulled pork and corn, avoided the rice (dairy and gluten contaminated from someone sharing the spoon with next door alfredo). I then decided to take him up on the fresh chicken breast, and it was fabulous.

This place was true Disney magic for the celiac. The price is high but the chef made us fresh items of everything on the buffet we wanted. My brother and I, who both have celiac, were served a plate of chicken Alfredo with penne, three baked potatoes, roasted vegetables and salmon. This was to avoid cross contamination. We also had all access to the carving station. To our surprise chef David brought us lemon pound cake with fresh berries and whipped cream. Couldn't recommend it more!
