Review of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside

You go up to a specific area when you tell someone you need GF and they hand you an allergen menu and have you talk to the chef who takes your order and prepares the meal personally. They give you a little pager and your meal comes out with little sticks that say allergy. The waffles were FANTASTIC! The beignets were a bit chewy but it was nice to be able to actually have them again. Cool atmosphere.
