Had a very nice pizza and a delicious tiramisu! Staff is very friendly. They are certified with the italian celiac association. It is in a mall, so maybe not the first place you pick to eat, but inside it is really nice and they have an open kitchen.

The food is not flagged but all my gluten free food came on blue plates, so they definitely flag in a different way.

This was very near our hotel and one of the first places we ate. We returned but this was the best pizza ever. It was hard to tell it was gluten free staff were kind and considerate offering a gluten free aperitif.

OTTIMO! Paradiso senza glutine. My friend from Florence told me this was, no question, her favorite place in Florence (she’s not GF). It was incredible. Approved by the Celiac association— we had GF pizza & GF tiramisu. GF pizza that tastes like incredible normal pizza from my pre-Celiac days.

Fun to see an area with zero tourists and a true locals spot. Was slammed at 10pm on a Monday. Incredibly kind waitstaff and a lively outdoor atmosphere. Very unassuming modern outdoor mall. Worth the easy trip (2 stops on the tram from the center) and so fun if you’re in Florence long enough to want to experience life outside the center. You won’t be disappointed.
