I called ahead to make sure they were knowledgeable about cross-contamination. I was assured that they could prepare food separately to keep it safe. So we gave it a try and I am glad we did! We had mini spring rolls, pan fried sticky rice and short ribs with rice & broth. Everything was delicious and the server was very conscientious about cross-contamination. She even guided my daughter, who has celiac, away from eating the Pagoda noodles because they are cooked in the same wok as other foods with gluten. They have many GF choices on the menu & my daughter’s food was brought out separately.
