How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Diane and her team make amazing vegan and gluten free products. I'm one of those fancy dual allergy folk who also can't tolerate dairy, and her chocolates, ice creams, brownies and vegan cheeses are amazing. Her Herb de Provence cheese is the best ricotta substitute I've ever found for lasagna, and her ice cream flavors are robust and imaginative. And, they're just very nice people :)
